Hello, I’m a mother of two and an experienced teacher with over eight years in education. I hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and specialise in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), where I have developed a deep understanding of how children learn, grow and thrive.

My teaching journey began at Honeywell Infant School in Clapham, where I not only taught in the classroom but also took on the roles of Head of PSHE and Head of School Council. In these roles, I became passionate about supporting children’s emotional wellbeing alongside their academic development. I helped introduce “calm corners” within the school and worked closely with teachers to share ideas and strategies to support children’s wellbeing and self-expression.

I later spent three years teaching at Notting Hill Prep School, continuing to nurture and inspire young children in a caring and creative environment.

Throughout my career, I have seen first-hand how important it is to give children the tools to understand and express their feelings. I believe that creativity, art and mindfulness can help children build confidence, resilience and emotional awareness. Childhood can sometimes feel busy, overwhelming and stressful, and I am passionate about helping children learn simple techniques that will support them not only now, but throughout their lives.

This club has been created to give children a safe, welcoming space where they can relax, express themselves, build confidence and learn valuable tools for their wellbeing - all while having fun.
